I moved with my family from London to Norfolk in 2007 to escape the rat race and live 'The Good Life'. We had a smallholding for ten years and I also ran a successful face painting business called 'Face Paint Me Happy'... we may already have met!
I now live just outside Norwich in Thorpe St Andrew, with my husband. My son and daughter are in their 20s, coming and going as needed and my mum lives just around the corner so I can support her increasing needs as she ages disgracefully!

I've had a number of career changes and have been most happy when working directly with people, bringing a little joy into their lives.
I came to reflexology 7 years ago while working in a care home and as a carer for private clients with dementia; I saw the transformation that hand and foot massage gave to those in my care.
Clients would report how warm my hands were, how relaxed they felt and how they just felt better, and so in some way I think Reflexology found me.
This led me to training and qualifying with renowned Reflexologist Angela Sellens-Drake at Pathways School of Reflexology in Norwich.
The year-long 'in person' course included a comprehensive study of the Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology of the human body, practical learning and assessments, theory work, case studies and over 100 hours of treatments.
My qualification and full membership with the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) gives me confidence and understanding when working with my clients and their wellbeing goals.
I continue to develop my knowledge with further training and reading.
Reflexology is an ancient touch therapy which maps the body onto the soles of your feet, your hands or face. By making contact with specific reflex points within these body maps, reflexology aims to restore the body’s natural healing processes leaving you feeling better.
Reflexology is wonderful at combating stress-related issues, regulating mood, improving sleep and can help reduce pain and anxiety; it restores your inner harmony, calming and healing mind body and soul.
My clients often state how relaxed and peaceful they feel after a treatment, lighter in their mind as if something has shifted and better able to cope with life in general.
Read their testimonials below to find out more.

As a Reflexologist, I aim to listen and review a client's health and wellbeing concerns by completing an initial consultation form.
After this, if they are happy to proceed, I will ensure they are comfortable on my bespoke couch before observing their feet and taking some visual notes.
I will then touch their feet and start the treatment checking the pressure feels about right. This is time for the client, and their comfort is my priority to help encourage total relaxation.
Responses are individual and unique, but most people feel pleasantly relaxed both during and after treatment. Many people feel an increase in energy and ‘well-being’. Some feel more emotional or have fleeting pains or sensations during treatment as the body adjusts and responds to the stimulus.
After a treatment, some clients may feel tired, and it is a good idea to rest if possible and drink some water to help cleanse and ‘flush’ the body systems of any toxins which may have been released during the treatment. Other sensations and changes may occur hours or even days after a treatment. These are usually short lived and a sign the body is adjusting and responding positively.
If you are unsure of any symptoms, I encourage you to contact me - I will be happy to answer any questions.

Treatments take place at my dedicated tranquil treatment room in NR7. If you are unable to get to me, please get in touch to discuss my mobile service, where I can either improvise with your furniture or come equipped with my reclining chair.

A thorough Reflexology session tailored to your needs, targeting all the body’s systems to bring you back in to ‘balance’ stimulating your own natural healing process.
Allow up to 2 hours for your initial treatment, and up to an hour and a half for all subsequent treatments.
Block of 4 – £200
As the effects of Reflexology are accumulative, it is recommended that an initial course of treatments be booked; one treatment per week or fortnight for 4 to 10 weeks (depending on the reason for treatment).
Thereafter, once the body has been brought back into balance, monthly treatments are recommended for maintenance and prevention.
Some weeks you may have stronger reactions than other weeks – everyone is unique and how treatments are ‘spaced’ can be tweaked and tailored depending on how you are responding.
Buy this package of four sessions for yourself or as a gift for a loved one.
Taster Session – £25
This experience is shorter focusing primarily on relaxation but should give you a feel for whether reflexology is something you would like to take further or as a quick ‘pick me up’.
A brief questionnaire will be completed prior to treatment.
Allow 45 minutes total for this relaxing session.
